My group: Using the black dictionary p. 116 & All Stars p. 124: With a partner, create a 911 dialog to tell what the problem is and the location.
Other groups of 2 or 3: work together to create a dialog that completes the scenario given.

Students worked in 3 groups to:
1) Tornado: List items for a tornado disaster kit
2) Fire: Create a fire evacuation plan
3) Snowstorm: List items for a winter car survival kit
